Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel any order within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee any order will be canceled if it has already been submitted for processing.
Fabric Availability:
Mytailorstore.com may not have all fabrics in stock. The customer will be informed within 2 days after the order.
Typographical Errors:
Mytailorstore.com is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography, or scanning. Please use the fabric description as a guide. Mytailorstore.com reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order.
Security
Mytailorstore.com online store uses only PayPal to charges major credit cards. Mytailorstore.com do not keep any record regarding your use of credit card.
Return Policy:
Our clothing is 100% custom-tailored and we have NO REFUND policy. We will do everything to correct the error and replace the garment. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and customs duties charges are not refundable. We recommend you select a shipping carrier that provides a shipment tracking option and insurance. Mytailorstore.com reserves the right to refuse any return. Mytailorstore.com shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from purchases from our online store.
In case there is any refund occur and the payment is been made by Paypal, there will be a deduction of PayPal fees which will be approx 2.9% of the total amount.
Custom duties
All the duties will be paid by the customer regarding your order. Country to country the duties are not the same. For more information contact your local customs office. For some countries, we have options for prepaid customs and duties.
